Sugar Mill Sound was established as a haven for music enthusiasts. We are dedicated to providing top-notch recording services in a creative and inspiring environment. Our state-of-the-art studio is

equipped with a combination of classic gear and the latest technology to bring your musical vision to life.

We offer options to suit your work flow. Our main system has 32 mic pres (see gear list) normalled thru a Focusrite Red 8Pre interface (64x64), with multiple cue options. This can easily process any tracking session or a mixing session that takes advantage of our outboard gear. In addition, we have a SSL 2+ Mark II interface that allows for quick mix and midi sessions. Want to bring your own interface? Bring it. We can get you patched in to all equipment quickly and efficiently.

Tracking and Recording

Mixing and Mastering

We take pride in our diverse team of mix engineers, with their own unique specialties. This variety enables us to pair you with the perfect mixer to bring your creations to life. Additionally, our two experienced mastering engineers have successfully transformed numerous songs for CD releases and online distribution charts. Let us help you achieve the sound you envision.

Production and Planning

The studio and staff, can handle projects of any size, from singles to full album releases and everything in between. We understand the importance of working within your budget, and we're here to help bring your musical vision to life. Let us partner with you to create something truly special!

Voice Over, ADR and Broadcast

Our experienced staff specializes in ADR, Sound Design, and sync for all video and film projects. With the latest remote collaboration tools like Source Connect and Audiomovers Listento, we ensure a seamless experience for our clients. Our quiet and secluded studio provides the ideal environment for dialog replacement. Let us help you bring your project to life with our expertise and cutting technology.

Please kokua, we have a NO WALK IN Policy. In order to respect the privacy and confidentiality of our clients, we do not allow walk ins to the studio.
